General Hospital spoilers reveal an exceptionally romantic week in Port Charles, with quite a few surprises on the way for more than one character. You won’t want to miss a moment of this Valentine’s week.
Word has it GH has a wedding in store this week — as well as a surprise pregnancy! With the GH Twitter asking about marriage and featuring an emoji of a lovely, large rock just as Elizabeth and Franco appear in the promo, we’re going to go with this long-awaited wedding finally taking place. And, it will be in as unique a ‘Friz’ way as possible.
Remember, Franco is still wrongly imprisoned for killing a young woman he thought of as a daughter, among other things and Elizabeth is standing by her man.
The soap has also dropped quite a few anvils over the last week, as Elizabeth has spoken of how it never seems to be the right time to wed. Aiden also dropped one when he lamented he wants a little brother or sister and Franco actually seemed game. (We all know Liz is one fertile mama.)
