Franco (Roger Howarth) knows there’s something fishy about Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan) and is caught off guard when he visits him in his art studio.
He still wants to buy the place, but also keeps talking about his past. Franco is intrigued about his childhood but still wonders if what this strange man has to say is true.
Meanwhile, Laura (Genie Francis) tells Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) not to trust the real estate developer because the only thing he cares about is money. Was Liz beginning to like this strange man who always seems to be around now?

Developing Charles Street in a money-friendly way is exactly what Ned (Wally Kurth) wants, but not what Laura wants.
