The General Hospital recap (GH) for Friday, July 27 features a day of danger in Port Charles as mother and son both seem to pay the price for Nelle’s dirty deeds.
Crash And Burn
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) argued with Michael (Chad Duell) about getting her to the hospital right away while he insisted they stop by a store for things she’d need while in labor.
Of course it was all just a trap and Nelle eventually realized it when she told Michael if he doesn’t stop driving they’d die. She even admitted to killing Zach, but she refused to say that she gaslighted Carly.
While Michael berated her to just tell the truth, he took his eyes off the road and really did crash. Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) watched in horror as the laptop screen monitoring them went black.
A Shocking Move
Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) goaded Franco (Roger Howarth) into getting him back into Ferncliff using his ID. With Franco’s job there as an art therapist, it wasn’t hard.
Jason finally pulled a gun on Mary (Pat) Ingalls, who led him to where Carly (Laura Wright) was getting shock therapy.
Back at GH, Finn (Michael Easton) gave Peter (Wes Ramsey) an almost clean bill of health and also defended Anna (Finola Hughes) while Peter went on about what a terrible person she is. Finn then texted Anna that he was off to find her.
At the PCPD, we saw the return of Robert (Tristan Rogers), who was very happy to learn Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) was going to be behind bars as she awaited trial.
Elsewhere at the cop shop, Nina (Michelle Stafford) refused to tell Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) anything about Peter’s kidnapping since Peter exonerated her.
However, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) managed to get in there and told Nina she’s no dummy and knows exactly what she did. All she wanted now was for Nina to admit and tell her why.
