The spoilers reveal that Cody encounters Serena in the Tuesday, August 11 episode of General Hospital. The half-siblings have never met in person, but now they will. In other Port Charles news, Jordan is caught off-guard while Michael suffers a loss.

Key Takeaways

  • Cody and Serena finally meet in person and get the chance to connect as siblings.
  • Michael suffers a major loss, while Emma is disappointed.
  • Nina runs interference while Jordan is caught off-guard by an unexpected development.

Cody Meets His Half-Sister for the Very First Time

The first day Serena (Kelly Kruger) returned, Felicia (Kristina Wagner) told her that Cody (Josh Kelly) was happy to have her back in PC. And Serena, for her part, said she was excited to officially meet her brother. Cody encountering Serena couldn’t have happened at a better time.

Cody has been feeling down since Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) moved their family to Australia. Sure, Mac (John J. York) and Felicia are in town. But it should be nice for Cody to have a half-sister nearby.

They can get to know each other. And we’ll see if she tells Cody what she’s up to with Lucy (Lynn Herring) and Deception. He is super tight with Tracy (Jane Elliot), after all. This could be a built-in conflict.

Michael Gets Hit With a Major Loss

The weekly teasers allude to Michael (Rory Gibson) suffering a loss. Something tells us that this means he and Jacinda (Paige Herschell) are over. She has to know that Michael puts his children first before anybody else. He is willing to do some dark and underhanded things to get Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) away from their kids. But he would never put them in danger.

Knowing that Jacinda drugged Willow after the congresswoman filed for a restraining order against her — well, it’s unacceptable. He would never be able to be with a woman who would do something so drastic that it could backfire spectacularly and put his kids in a position where they could be hurt.

Nina Makes a Move to Protect Someone

Nina (Cynthia Watros) runs interference on Tuesday. If this isn’t about Jack (Chris McKenna), then it’s about Willow, the one person she will protect to the ends of the earth. She already proved how far she would go for her daughter when she snapped and pushed a wheelchaired Drew (Cameron Mathison) into the lake on the Quartermaine property.

And if she comes across a drugged Willow, she will make sure that her daughter comes out of this crisp and clean with no consequences to speak of. Nina happens to pop up in GH’s weekly video preview. And it looks like she may be the one to help Willow during her time of need.

In Other Port Charles News

Emma (Braedyn Bruner) is disappointed. And Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is caught off-guard. There’s one thing we didn’t see in the weekly teasers. The verdict is in at Curtis’s (Donnell Turner) trial. The video preview showed us as much.

There’s a chance the jury may return with the verdict on Tuesday. And hearing the guilty or not-guilty verdict may be what catches Jordan off guard.
