Fans were shocked to learn that not only would Hillary B. Smith be coming to General Hospital, but she will also play her old One Life to Live character Nora Buchanan.
Sadly, the stint will be short-term, but it also means someone in Port Charles is going to need some serious legal help.
And, that’s about the only bit of information Smith is willing to give about this top secret story, according to the February 27 issue of Soaps In Depth.
“Nora’s brought into town to represent someone because they’ve done some research and found she’s the top in her field,” Smith told In Depth. “It doesn’t matter who that someone is to her. Everyone deserves the best representation they can have, so that’s what she’s there to do.”
Hmmm, just who could that someone be? It would be fantastic if Franco did something very, very wrong and Smith got to represent Roger Howarth once again, as she did when Nora defended rapist Todd more than 20 years ago on OLTL.
Franco being in trouble is never out of the realm of possibility, but in Port Charles, anyone can be in hot water.
