Sure, General Hospital (GH) doesn’t have a great track record when it comes to delivering babies. They have a tendency to get kidnapped or end up with a bum paternity test.
But that’s no reason for Robin (Kimberly McCullough) to eschew Port Charles as a place to raise both already adorable Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) and the sure to be adorable Baby #2.
Even if Patrick (Jason Thompson) is on a “business trip” (in Genoa City, perhaps?), that doesn’t mean the rest of the Scorpio-Drakes need to keep their distance.

No Life Outside of Port Charles
How do we know that Robin’s life before she came to Port Charles, clutching that pearl-eyed doll, rocking a Mary Tyler Moore hair flip and demanding peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, was nothing to write home about? Because we didn’t see it.

The same goes for her current life in California. (What’s so great about California? They’re always having floods. And earthquakes. And pilot season.) It’s peaceful and domestic and… boooring!
Meanwhile, in Port Charles, Robin was hanging with Asian gang-leaders, and hiding aliens (the space, not the illegal kind) in her bedroom, and playing gun-moll to a brain-damaged gangster. What could be more fun than that? It’s not just 93% of you, it’s Robin herself who should want to get home as soon as possible.
Maybe Baby
It’s not a no, but 7% of viewers would only commit to “maybe” Robin should return. After all, the last time she gave birth here, she ended up putting her baby in a tree as a result of postpartum depression.
Nobody wants to see a rerun of that. And, we’re not in the mood for another Robin and Patrick break-up, either. So if she does come back, the Scorpio-Drakes better be united. We don’t have to see it, we just need to know it.
