Robert Palmer Watkins Experiences Heartbreaking Loss

General Hospital (GH) star Robert Palmer Watkins had to face two tragedies in one year, as he’s lost both his grandfathers.

The man he called “Paw Paw” recently passed, and Watkins posted a heartfelt and heartbreaking tribute on Instagram, with a photo of him and another family member celebrating a birthday with his grandfather.

Watkins thanks him for always watching GH just to see if he’d spot him, and for all the laughter, vacations, and Diet Coke a young man could want. You can see the entire tribute below.

While Watkins was let go from his GH contract, fans hope to see him again soon as Dillon was never officially written off the show.
