Spoilers for the week of April 29 – May 3, 2024 on General Hospital tease big business plans and a big return after a week of unexpected ups for Deception and disastrous downs for Sonny.

After learning that Jason (Steve Burton) bought back Carly’s (Laura Wright) half of the Metro Court, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly wound up in a fight that ended their friendship. Nina (Cynthia Watros) also. Meanwhile, Sam (Kelly Monaco) confronted Jason over his relationship with Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and they agreed he could still see his son under strict conditions. At The Savoy, Lois (Rena Sofer) gave Maxie (Kirsten Storms) some help with Deception while they prepared for Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) bachelorette party/bridal shower. Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) also stopped by to help, where they discussed Willow’s relationship with Nina.
Episode 15452 AIR DATE: TUESDAY, APRIL 23, 2024
A Brook Lynn’s party, the gals played games and danced the night away, thanks to Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) as their DJ. Things took a sour turn toward the end of the night when a drunk Josslyn (Eden McCoy) tore into Kristina (Kate Mansi) and let it slip that Sonny ordered Dex (Evan Hofer) to kill Cyrus (Jeff Kober). At the hatchet range, Chase (Josh Swickard) celebrated the end of his bachelorhood with Finn (Michael Easton) and his PCPD coworkers, including Dex, who was less than welcome by the PCPD officers. As a friend to both the bride and groom, Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) hopped between each party to support them.
Episode 15453 AIR DATE: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24, 2024
after the bachelor party, Chase and Finn arrived home and found Gregory (Gregory Harrison) on the couch using his ventilator. An upset Violet (Jophielle Love) explained her grandfather had lost his breath and she got the ventilator for him. When paramedics showed up and determined Gregory was okay, he insisted he would be fine for Chase’s upcoming wedding. Still at the hatchet range, Sam confided in Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) about her worry for Danny. Josslyn, much like her mother, went to talk to Jason about her fight with Kristina, while Kristina went to Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) to vent about Joss. Drew and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) had an unexpectedly fun night together throwing hatchets. Anna (Finola) gave Dex some advice about not being liked by his new coworkers.
Episode 15454 AIR DATE: THURSDAY, APRIL 25, 2024
Jason arrived at Sonny’s office to discuss what happened between Joss and Kristina, and ordered him to leave Dex alone. When TJ (Tahj Bellow) found out Kristina got in a fight with Joss, he worried about Sonny’s presence in his baby’s life. Kristina ran into Carly at the Metro Court and when she found out Nina was no longer co-owner, she went to discuss her dad and Ava (Maura West) with Nina. Trina (Tabyana Ali) spent the day with Ace (Jay and Joey Clay) while Laura (Genie Francis) worked and ran into TJ, who confided in her about Kristina.

When Sonny showed up at Ava’s gallery to purchase a piece of art for the city, Laura refused and tore into him over what he did to Cyrus (Jeff Kober). Nina brought an electrical issue to Carly and the two remained civil enough to discuss the negative role Ava now has in Sonny’s life. When Finn suggested to his father that he no longer stays alone, Gregory confided in Tracy (Jane Elliot) about the discussion while Finn vented to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Molly also went to Alexis’ office to vent about Kristina’s situation with Sonny. When Tracy told Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) that the Quartermaines need a new cook, she offered the job to Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), who excitedly accepted.
Week Ahead
Coming up in Port Charles, it will be a big week in business for Deception, Drews new endeavor, and Sasha’s new position as the Quartermaine cook. Nikolas (Adam Huss) will also be seen in Port Charles again when he gets a visit from Ava, while Alexis also gets an unexpected visit.
