Several people dropped baby bombs in Port Charles, while Sonny got a major update at his doctor’s appointment in Los Angeles.

While Lulu (Alexa Havins) reassured Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) that she understood if he needed time away from her in order to grieve Sam (ex-Kelly Monaco), Sonny (Maurice Benard) offered support to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) as she mourned her daughter.
At GH, Trina (Tabyana Ali) called Curtis (Donnell Turner), hoping he could offer a disheartened Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) some advice, having also once gotten a life-changing injury. While Curtis spoke with Kai, hit football buddy found Trina in the hall and started blaming her for Kai’s injury.
At the Surf Lodge, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) offered Emma (Braedyn Bruner) a judgement-free zone if she ever needs it. Later, while meeting up with Gio (Giovanni Mazza), Emma overheard Maxie questioning Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) about Jason (Steve burton) being the father of her baby.
Meanwhile, Jordan (Tanisha Harper) informed Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) about Sidwell (Carlo Rota) being in Port Charles and Isaiah later spotted his former captor sitting with Jordan at the bar. Laura (Genie Francis) shared the news with Lucky (Jonathan Jackson), who had been investigating Cyrus (Jeff Kober) and his patients at Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst). The two learned of another cardiac arrest incident, then Lucky opened up to Liz about being held by Sidwell.

Lucky opened up to Elizabeth about his experience as Sidwell’s prisoner, revealing he felt as if his father was guiding him during the poker games. Then he admitted he also saw Liz and decided to play their favorite song and the two shared a dance.
Meanwhile, Jordan attempted to maintain a cordial relationship with Sidwell, but it raised concerns for Isaiah. When he met her at the Surf Lodge later, he assured her he would be ready to fight Sidwell if he came after him again.
At the Q’s, Drew sneaked to the gatehouse for a secret hookup with Willow. He left his tie behind on the couch, and when Carly showed up with gifts for the kids from Germany, she found the tie and stormed out before Willow could notice.
Selina (Lydia Look) offered Cody a spot in her next poker game, then met with Drew, who was seeking information about Curtis and The Savoy. When Cody returned to decline the game, he had another altercation with Drew that ended in him slipping that Jason got Sasha pregnant.
While all of Deception, Sasha, and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) all ate at the Metro Court, Carly barged in and revealed to everyone that he was still sneaking around with Willow. Drew fired back, revealing, “Jason knocked up Sasha.”

Alexis sought Kristina’s (Kate Mansi) and Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) help to tell Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) the truth about his mother, while Dante confided in Cody about Sam’s murder.
At the Metro Court, Sasha tore into Drew for discussing her personal life in front of everyone. Later, Tracy found her and apologized for her behavior, then assured her she supported her pregnancy. Brook Lynn decided to confront Willow, who became defensive and decided she and the kids were moving back to Nina’s (Cynthia Watros).
Ric (Rick Hearst) interrupted Lucky and Liz’s dance by showing up and sharing the good news that Liz could return to her position as Head Nurse. Lucky decided to ask for his help finding out the terms of Cyrus’ parole, hoping to frame him and get him sent back to prison.
Also on the Cyrus front, Brad (Parry Shen) demanded he leave when she arrived at GH, while Josslyn managed to sneak into Cyrus’ apartment to do some snooping. She only found a pressed flower bookmarking a page in his bible, but when she put it back wrong, Cyrus immediately noticed when he arrived home.

When Danny got to Alexis’, she broke the news that his mother was murdered. Meanwhile, Dante pressed Chase (Josh Swickard) to tell him the suspect they have. When Chase revealed it was Cyrus, Rocco (Finn Carr) overheard their conversation and wound up informing Danny.
Lois (Rena Sofer) met with Martin (Michael E. Knight), asking about legalities over an adoption. She told him about Brook Lynn and Dante’s baby and that it was a closed adoption with a family friend. That was when she revealed that the baby was Gio (Giovanni Mazza).

Lucas (Van Hansis) made his rounds, not at GH, but to his loved ones; first with Willow, apologizing for how he acted about the kids, then with Elizabeth, asking her to make sure Josslyn steers clear of Cyrus.
Nina asked for Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) help getting Carly to go along with a plan to keep Drew away from Willow.
In her quest to locate Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez), Lulu decided to follow equestrian places on social media, hoping one would lead her to her daughter. When she encountered Cyrus, she warned him to stay away from her and he responded with a cryptic message about her having no idea what he’s done for her.
Drew met with Sidwell, who offered to back the esplanade project if it’s done on the pier owned by Sonny.
In Los Angeles, Sonny and Natalia (Eva LaRue) got the news that Sonny will need a pacemaker. As they left the doctor’s office, a mysterious person called Sidwell and shared the update with him.
