The GH spoilers recap for Monday, October 3, 2022, features Spencer Cassadine getting a Pentonville surprise at just the right moment.

Spencer’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) incident in the prison library went from bad to worse when his angry attacker named Book told him he worked too hard to get a library job just for Spencer to come in and take it. Then, like magic, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) appeared to rescue Spencer, but Spencer was suspicious and wanted to know what Cyrus wanted from him.

Cyrus seems to have still found religion and started quoting bible verses while trying to enlighten his young great nephew. Cyrus also claimed that he didn’t even know the boy was sharing space in Pentonville with him, but Spencer didn’t buy anything that Cyrus was selling and told him he doesn’t need his help.
General Hospital Recap: More Hook Fallout
Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) showed up at Maxie Jones’s (Kirsten Storms) Deception office, wondering if Maxie could help her find a dress for Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) funeral. Maxie both produced a dress and gave her advice on how to get through the day, based on her own experience losing Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).
At Charlie’s, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) worried about Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) while Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) tried to figure out if she should go to a comic book convention with Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse). Later, Joss showed up at Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) restaurant looking for Dex once again.

Kristina Corinthos Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) also appeared at the restaurant demanding that Dex be reinstated as her bodyguard, while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) tried to tell Sonny that Dex might not be The Hook after all. Still, Dex remained missing.
Sonny and Dante later showed up at the hospital when they heard Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) was out of surgery, and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) questioned Sonny regarding his connection to all the victims.
GH Spoilers Recap: Elizabeth Has Questions, Carly And Drew Bond
Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) was surprised when Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) questioned him about Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) late wife, Reiko, but Gregory admitted he didn’t know much about her as he and Finn weren’t speaking at the time. Finn was later curious when his dad told him Liz was asking about his past.
Over in Florida, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) informed Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) that an Aurora Media associate could get Carly on the local news to talk about building a road to the beach through the cemetery, and Carly worried that the reporter would start dredging up her past at the niece of a brothel owner and the girl who slept with Peyton Roberts Honeycutt’s (Linda Purl) husband when she was only 16. Drew assured her that things would be fine.
