The GH spoilers recap for Thursday, October 20, 2022, features Anna Devane seeing double without the benefit of a mirror or staring directly at her (presumed dead) identical twin…though that’s not to say we’re ruling out big bad Alex being responsible for these shenanigans.

If anything should come as a surprise to the good folks at the Port Charles Police Department, it’s the sight of Anna (Finola Hughes) blowing Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) away and into the harbor. After all, hasn’t Anna been leading the charge to find out exactly what happened to her blackmail victim-cum-annoying sleuthing partner?
But there Anna was, on videotape, firing two bullets into Lucy and coldly watching her sink into an equally frosty river. And film doesn’t lie…or does it?
General Hospital Recap: When Every Day Feels Like Monday
Because she is a nosy parker, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) saddled up to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and did her utmost to get him to admit to the affair that he isn’t actually having with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen); TJ declined and told Nina all about herself. This only compounded Nina’s already no-good, very bad day that begin when Olivia Falconeri Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) “sweetly” suggested that Nina sell her half of the Metro Court and kick rocks.
GH Recap: Who Goes There?!
There’s always something going on at Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) house — which Alan Quartermaine gave her, don’t you know? First, there was the screaming match that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) got into it — which greatly upset an already addled Willow. Then, there was Holly Sutton’s (Emma Samms) infiltration of one of the estate’s many mini-houses.
To say that everybody was shocked to see Holly alive and well would be an understatement; Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) flabbergasted reaction was the best of all.

GH Spoilers Recap: Medical Matters
A pow-wow with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) — he who knows all and will provide the answers — convinced Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that he should, “explore genetic counseling,” if, for no other reason, than in case he and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) decide to have any children together *cough* it’s already happened *cough*…hmm.

Speaking of Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), she and Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) made tracks for a comic book convention. He was delighted and thrilled; she…wasn’t.
Meanwhile, Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) readied herself for her MCATs…and by readied herself, we mean worked herself up into such a state that only Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) could talk her down.
