The GH spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 26, 2022, features Nikolas Cassadine and Ava Jerome Cassadine thinking they can pull one over on Victor Cassadine.
GH Recap Highlights
Ava (Maura West) was furious when she noticed the note with Nikolas’s confession was missing, but when she discovered she still had his recorded confession, she knew Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) had to be behind things. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) tried to stop her from confronting Victor by reminding her he had something to do with Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) disappearance, so Ava went to the Metro Court to see Nikolas instead.
Nikolas was already panicked with the knowledge that Victor was planning on moving into Wyndemere to keep an eye on him. He knew that having Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) in a tower would backfire on him, but Victor was sure controlling the family meant he could control the whole world order.
After Victor went to pack his things, Ava arrived, and Nikolas told her that he is trying to keep Victor from forcing a divorce, but Victor can’t see them together. Well, Victor did see them together, and Nikolas assured his uncle that he told Ava they are over and Victor was pleased.
General Hospital Recap: Anna Is Desperate
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) may have spent the day behind bars, but she had lots of visitors. She was dismayed to learn how thorough Victor was with his setup, but when Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) arrived, she told him what Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was up to with Charlotte and how Victor was behind it. She then begged him to call Valentin, but Robert only got his voicemail.

Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), who spent some time catching up with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) over a pedicure, also arrived at the jail, and Anna was thrilled to see her. Holly announced she wanted in on the Victor investigation because she wasn’t about to let him get away with killing Luke Spencer (Tony Geary). However, it’s clear Holly is up to something more, especially after putting Robert’s phone on “do not disturb” earlier.
GH Recap: Hospital Happenings
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) met up at the boxing gym, where Cody dropped the bomb that Mac Scorpio (John J. York) could be his dad, and he was heading over to General Hospital to take a DNA test. Dante was shocked and told him how he and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) eventually bonded after Sonny shot him, not knowing they were father and son.
At the hospital, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) had a meeting with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and showed her a photo of the diamond necklace found in Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) safe deposit box. She then hired Sam to find out where the necklace came from, and Sam could not pass up such a case.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) also met up at GH, with Georgie Spinelli tagging along. Georgie was once again rude to Austin, but Maxie made her apologize, or she wouldn’t get any ice cream. Soon, Mac, Felicia, and Cody arrived for the DNA test, and Georgie decided she liked Cody better than Austin. Then, the whole family went off for a blood draw that might provide some final answers.
