The GH recap for Tuesday, November 15, 2022, features Nikolas Cassadine finally letting someone in on his big Esme Prince secret.
GH Recap Highlights
In this episode, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) got more information from Nikolas (temporarily played by Adam Huss) than she ever expected, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) began a search for a bone marrow donor, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) learned what Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has been up to in her dorm room, and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) had it out with Jeff Webber (William Moses). Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the details.
Nikolas can never really hide things from Elizabeth so after she angrily questioned him about why he would leave her lying on the pier with a head injury, he quickly broke down and confessed that he has Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) at Wyndemere. After she questioned why he didn’t just call the police when she showed up, Nikolas brought her up to the tower and she was stunned to see Esme is pregnant.
Esme thought Liz would help set her free and even told her that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Nikolas threw her off the parapet, but Elizabeth didn’t seem to care. When they went back downstairs, Elizabeth even guessed that Nikolas fathered Esme’s baby (after learning Spencer hadn’t) because his guilty look gave it away. She wanted to know more but received a text that prompted her to leave. Through it all, Esme devised a plan to use her baby to get Nikolas to do what she wants.
Over at the hospital, Elizabeth’s life got even more complicated when Finn confronted Jeff for sleeping with his wife and then punched him out. Amazingly, Jeff had the nerve to ask Finn why he wasn’t there for Liz when she needed him in Monterey. Um, why was Jeff not there for 25 years of his daughter’s life?
General Hospital Recap: Willow Begins A Search
Michael was all ready to run a public bone marrow donation campaign to find a match for Willow, but she would still rather keep her cancer a secret so people do not give her strange looks. To that end, she decided she would try to track down her birth mother.

She started with an internet search for the commune she believed she was born on just as Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) showed up with Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) in tow. Poor Leo thought Michael was mad at him because he is mad at Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). Once Leo was assured everyone still loves him, Drew grew curious about Willow’s search and remembered what Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) told Carly about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) being Willow’s real mom.
GH Recap: Carly Helps Josslyn And Dex
Speaking of Carly, she was stunned when she found Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) half dead in Josslyn’s dorm room and wondered why Josslyn refused to call the police or even Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Josslyn hemmed and hawed and finally, Carly realized exactly what Joss was saying — Dex is in bad shape and needs an antibiotic.
Carly then called Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to see if he could help her get what she needed just after Sonny was telling Brick all about Dex breaking Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) out of jail and then disappearing. When Carly went to meet with Brick in his Metro Court room, Nina saw them together and wondered what was going on just as Sonny received an email from Dex saying he is laying low sent from Joss’s laptop. Sonny responded and the alert showed up on Dex’s phone, which Leo found outside the Q guesthouse.
Back in Joss’s dorm room, a delirious Dex admitted how attractive he thinks Josslyn is and she was quite pleased to hear that.
