The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, March 3, 2021, features Finn throwing in the towel, Nina venting to Ava about Carly, Carly venting to Michael about Nina, and everybody else venting about Peter.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
After clearing up some lingering confusion – no, she did not escape from Steinmauer, and no, she did not kidnap and imprison Peter (Wes Ramsey) in a storage locker – Liesl (Kathleen Gati) got down to business.
First, on her agenda was to let Peter’s birth mother do the talking for her. So, in went the stolen flash drive, on went the closed-circuit TV, and out came the long-buried truth.
When Finn (Michael Easton) realized that not only did his bride-to-be know about Peter’s true maternity but that she had entrusted Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) with the information, he headed for the hills. Chase (Josh Swickard) followed closely behind, but his presence wasn’t welcomed.
Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Ava (Maura West) met for coffee and Nina caught her bestie up on all the latest goings-on. Of particular note, was her bonding session with Wiley – the one Carly (Laura Wright) so rudely interrupted. In a shocking turn of events, Ava at one point told Nina that Carly had a point. This didn’t please Nina.
Meanwhile, Carly did her best to dissuade Michael (Chad Duell) of his notion that Nina and Wiley should form a familial bond. Luckily, Michael saw through his mother’s chicanery, and he wound up reaching out to Nina and setting up an immediate playdate for grandmother and grandson.
With Maxie insisting to Peter that they ignore Alex’s revelation and commit themselves to each other anyway, Liesl readied her mighty mind-altering pen – much to Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Dante’s (Dominic Zamprogna) confusion.
But before she was forced to awaken her sleeper agent, Valentin stepped forward and declared that the wedding could not proceed…at least until Peter’s entire criminal past was laid bare! General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
