The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, January 24, 2024, features Curtis getting some good news from his doctor, even if it all didn’t go exactly the way everyone wanted it to.

General Hospital Recap Highlights

Also in this episode, Brook Lynn opened up to Chase, while Tracy and Gregory shared a moment. Jordan had quite a tale to tell as Anna panicked about her friend. Additionally, Finn got his feelings out, and Scott gave Lucy something to think about. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the details.

Good News, Odd News, Great News

The Ashford family was on pins and needles as they waited for the doctor to deliver Curtis (Donnell Turner) his results. Curtis kept things positive and even called in his family for a pep talk. No matter what the doctor said, he was going to be okay and nothing was doing to stop him from living life.

Finally, the doctor arrived and began his examination. The doctor pricked him with a pin and while nothing happened with his left foot, his right foot did feel it. While this wasn’t an absolute indicator he would walk again, it gave everyone hope.

Earlier, Trina (Tabyana Ali) was apprehensive about Paris. She talked it out with her mom. Portia (Brook Kerr) was nothing but supportive — even if she was going with Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).

Meanwhile, TJ (Tajh Bellow) wasn’t just worried about Curtis, but he had a moment of panic about his mom, too. Anna (Finola Hughes) showed up searching for Jordan (Tanisha Harper). Neither had seen her since the day before…after she got her hot tip.

Thankfully, Jordan showed up unscathed just as they were about to call the cops. To TJ, she passed it all off as part of chasing the case. Once alone with Anna, though, she admitted to being taken by the FBI and told to back off.

Strange, right? Even stranger was when the agents got a talking-to and quickly backed off, sending her home. Anna offered to help figure it all out.

Troubles And Trials

Also at the hospital were Finn (Michael Easton) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst). She encouraged him to go to an NA meeting and work through his stress and feelings. Which he did. And, she got a chance to talk about hers too by talking to Portia.

All the while, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Joshua Swickard) tried their hands at axe throwing. BLQ was especially good. Her trick? Pretending the target was Lucy’s face.

This quirky reveal paved the way for Brook Lynn to tell Chase all that went down at Deception (remember when all this happened?). Lucy went at Tracy and that’s not something BLQ will abide by. Now, her mission is to take Tracy down. Uh-oh, Chase didn’t like the sound of that. But, he did like the sound of getting cozy with his fiancée later.

Schemes And Woes

As for Lucy and Tracy, they were still at the restaurant playing their devious little games. Tracy came out losing today, though, when Martin (Michael E. Knight) called her out on her obsession with Scott (Kin Shriner). He got so upset with her that he even followed her into the lady’s room and demanded answers. When she wouldn’t give up the intel, he stormed off and refused to answer her calls.

Scott played his double-agent role well, which wasn’t hard considering Gregory (Gregory Harrison) distracted Tracy by coming to their table. The trio made small talk until Gregory’s health began going a bit sideways. He excused himself, citing heartburn.

Sadly, that became the least of his worries. As it turned out, Gregory didn’t make it out of the building before his body locked up on him. Tracy came upon him in the hall, got him to sit down, and talked him through this episode. Then, she called Yuri to take him home.

As for Scott, he ran off to the ladies’ room to talk to Lucy. He caught her making frantic calls to Martin’s voicemail begging for his forgiveness. Of course, in true Scott fashion, he took that as an invite to be a big ‘ol flirt.
