From best friends to brothers, Jason’s return has put a lot of relationships at odds all around Port Charles on General Hospital. In the Monday, March 25 episode, the fallout continued.
Not-So-Brotherly Love
The oldest of Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) sons, being a teenager has been hard enough for Jake (Hudson West) without his long-lost dad returning from the dead and supposedly shooting Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). Aiden (Enzo De Angelis) warned their mom that his brother has been upset over it, and it finally all came out.
After getting home from school, Aiden told his brother all about a new bread recipe he was excited to try, and that was when Jake lost it. Before Aiden could defend himself, Jake continued, “You’re just trying to what? Make me feel better about my psycho dad?!” just as their mom walked in.
Elizabeth finally sat her boys down to answer any questions they had about Jason (Steve Burton), causing Jake to blow up once again, assuming his dad did indeed shoot Dante since he turned himself in.

Relationship Rifts And Friends At Odds
On the other side of Port Charles, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) was happy to see her best friend walk into Bobbie’s until Trina (Tabyana Ali) gave her a bit of a cold shoulder. When Josslyn questioned what was wrong, Trina admitted she’s been distancing herself from Josslyn because Jason could be the person who shot her father. Despite Josslyn assuring her Jason couldn’t be the person who shot Curtis (Donnell Turner), Trina continued fighting her on it until Michael (Chad Duell) walked in needing to talk to his sister, tabling their discussion for the time being.
Meanwhile, since Jason turned himself in, Chase (Josh Swickard) has been frantic at the thought of coming face-to-face with the man who shot his PCPD partner. When Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) tried giving Jason the benefit of the doubt for having the decency to turn himself in, Chase asked her not to bring up the hitman’s decency anymore.
This all comes after Jason’s return inadvertently broke up Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) when Carly admitted Jason will always be her number one.
