While we still don’t know who gets custody of poor confused Charlotte, we do know from a sneak peek at the General Hospital convention this past weekend that Nelle gets a new job to help her stay in PC and becomes Charlotte’s nanny.
Just the fact that she’ll have a nanny makes us guess that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) gets custody, unless Sonny (Maurice Benard) is suddenly happy with his working class cop of a son hiring her for his newfound stepdaughter, but that’s neither here nor there.
We do know Nelle (Chloe Lanier) has experience with kids and helped out with Avery a few times, but Soap Hub wanted to know if she should be trusted with a kid now that she’s gone off the rails.

Out of about 14,000 votes, 60% of you want Nelle far away from any kids, especially Charlotte. That little girl’s been through enough between three daddies and three sort-of-mommies all in about five months. She must be severely psychologically scarred right now, and Naughty Nelle is the last thing she needs in her life.
Conversely, 40% of you think Nanny Nelle is just what Charlotte needs–and vice versa. After all, they are two lonely and hurt souls and could become great friends as the older girl cares for the younger one. Charlotte could be just the person to turn Nelle around. Besides, if Nelle wants to let her nasty side out, there’s no better place to do it than in Cassadine land. There’s no telling the trouble she can get herself into at Wyndemere.
