On General Hospital (GH), Nathan is trying to juggle his marriage to Maxie, his career as a cop… and his side-gig as Man Landers. And all the complications that brings with it.
Nathan never even wanted to be Man Landers. But Amy (Risa Dorken) guilted him into it, first with stories of how Maxie (Kirsten Storms) was mean to her in high school, and now with pleas not to blow open their secret and risk Amy losing her book contract.
She needs the money — not for herself. Nothing that crass, of course. She needs it for her brother, Chet (Chris Van Etten). Who is an opioid addict. And a military vet. And disabled.
What kind of meanie would say no to all that?

Yes, yes, yes. Amy’s story is very sad. Consider your (virtual) check in the mail. But the world is full of sad stories, and every minute Nathan (Ryan Paevey) spends listening to her is a minute he isn’t spending listening to his wife. And Maxie talks a lot. She needs a lot of attention.
