On April 1, General Hospital (GH) celebrates 55 years on the air and that’s no joke.
The show plans to make sure old favorites are on hand to join in the celebration and remind us all what Port Charles is all about.
While they’re still keeping mum on the big storyline plans, we know Jason and Sam, the sad saga of Sonny and Mike, and Maxie’s struggle to move on will be a part of it.
To honor the show’s 55 years, GH released a video that will knock your socks and bring back memories of days gone by. From the very first black and white scene with Dr. Tom Hardy to the moment BJ died and even that shattering skylight scene from just the last few months, it has it all.
If you want to remember what your favorite soap was like back then and remind yourself why you still want to tune in every day, this is a two-minute treat that will leave you wanting more.
