We’ve watched Maurice Benard practically “grow up” before our eyes since the late 1980s when he played Nico Kelly on All My Children.
Just a few short years later, he joined General Hospital as young strip club owner Sonny Corinthos, who through the decades has morphed into mob kingpin Sonny Corinthos.
And, through those years, we’ve seen Benard through many looks, but none were as stunning as the one he posted to Instagram yesterday. We had to do a doubletake and make sure that was really him–and it sure is.

But, the reason this look is so new is because it’s so old–or rather, young. Yes, it’s a photo of Benard as a 10-year-old boy and you can still see that signature twinkle in his eye.
Take a look at it now and say a big WOW! Because we here at Soap Hub sure did when we spotted it.
