For a man who likes lizards, Finn is certainly one in-demand doctor in Port Charles. We assume he just slept with Alexis, making Anna miss and want him more, and remember Hayden is always out there with the door open for her General Hospital (GH) return.
ABC executive Nathan Varni made that perfectly clear on the latest installment of Daytime After Dark, in which he reminded the audience that Hayden was written out with a big plot point out there–she was pregnant with Finn’s baby.
Now, Finn has no idea Hayden likely had his baby by now, especially since she told him that she miscarried. So, it’s a very REAL possibility she could just show up with a little bundle of pink or blue in tow.
“I think it’s definitely a possibility,” Varni said on the Blog Talk Radio show. “As you know, we left Hayden telling Finn she lost the baby but the reality of the situation was that she did not lose the baby. So I think with that cliffhanger, there’s definitely room to perhaps one day play that again.”
He did make sure to clarify that nothing solid is in the works–yet.

“Obviously, no guarantees,” Varni added. “But, I think the writers did a good job of kind of tying that story up and leaving a lot to be desired and that could be a potential obstacle down the road for Finn and kind of a big surprise.”
Considering that the sibling relationship between Hayden and Elizabeth was never truly explored, Rebecca Budig returning would be welcome for quite a few stories.
