…blue. That’s right, the General Hospital star expects a little boy late this spring. This will be McCullough’s first child with her longtime (and nameless) partner.
Last year, the actress shared the heartbreak over losing a little girl at 20 weeks pregnant, but learned she was having another child after moving to a new home in Ojai, CA last fall.
In fact, the move to Ojai made her a commuter (it’s 90 minutes from LA) because GH called and asked her back to be a large part of Anna’s new cancer story.
“I said to my boyfriend, ‘The second we move, watch, I’m going to start working a lot,’ and that’s exactly what happened,” McCullough said in the March 6 issue of Soap Opera Digest.
However, she couldn’t pass up a chance to be a part of this important story with Finola Hughes. Being pregnant made this stint different, and McCullough admits that those cravings are making it hard to remember lines.

“With Anna being sick, I’ve had an incredible amount of technical dialogue, like way more than usual and that was difficult,” she told Digest. “When you’re pregnant and you get hungry, everything starts to fall apart. Your brain goes, you can’t stand, and you’re like, ‘Where am I?'”
To that end, McCullough has taken to hiding snacks around the set to keep going.
Having grown up on GH, the actress is thrilled she gets to spend her pregnancy with her second family.
