Five years ago, actor Billy Miller burst onto the General Hospital scene. He was immediately positioned front and center in a major storyline that revealed he was playing the much loved Jason Morgan.

Three years later there was a shocking plot development. Fans were informed that Miller’s character wasn’t actually Jason. Instead, he was Jason’s brother Andrew! Drew was, therefore, ripped from Sam’s orbit and his interactions with Sonny (Marice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) were minuscule.

To compensate the writers introduced a ready-made family for Drew in the form of ex-girlfriend Kim (Tamara Braun) and their son Oscar. But then the writers killed off Oscar.

Now Drew is walking around the show aimlessly searching for a storyline. So what do you, the fans, want to see happen to Drew? Here’s what 15,000 people had to say:

A full 47% of you who said that Drew should get his memories back. The fans appreciate that Drew is a blank canvas but they want to learn more about the man’s actual past. And it’s not like he has to search for his memories. They’re just sitting on a flash drive in Drew’s room at the Q mansion we assume.

Romance
The majority of the viewers want to see Drew embark on a romance. The problem is they can’t agree on which woman is right for him.

Some 19%  of you who said Drew should reunite with Kim. A small minority of 3% think that Drew should pursue Sam (Kelly Monaco). After all, they did live as and wife for years and they do share Scout, who has apparently grown a lot of late.

A large 29% of you think that Drew should just go whole hog and invest in a new romance. Many fans believe that the Drew/Sam story has been played out. They would rather see Drew with a brand new woman on his arm.

Even though Drew’s future is up in the air one fact remains perfectly clear. Billy Miller is a fan favorite and he needs to be treated as such. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
