It’s been a whole year since Helena’s bizarre will reading and most of the little trinkets she left have gotten everyone a whole lot of nothing. (Well, except Alexis, who had her husband hold that dagger to her neck.)
Now, General Hospital will finally explore “Jake’s Adventure”–which you’ll remember was the name of the children’s book Helena left Liz.
We’ve already gotten a hint that GH is ready to wrap this story up after it was mysteriously dropped. Jake (Hudson West) spoke of the curse Helena placed on Sam (Kelly Monaco), and there has to be a way he knows about it. We also have a feeling this story will play into what happened to Jason during his own years with Helena.
But, first let’s start with Jake. According to the March 13 issue of Soaps In Depth, Jake says something chilling and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) knows it has something to do with his lost years. She decides to let Franco (Roger Howarth) work with Jake through art, but of course not tell Jason (Billy Miller), seeing how much he was against this in the past.
According to GH Head Writer Jean Passanante, what they discover will eventually have ripple effects throughout Port Charles.
“As pieces of the puzzle begin to emerge, revelations that emerge will take on significance, not just for Elizabeth, Franco, Jason, and Sam, but for many others on our canvas.”
