We now know who Willow’s mother is on General Hospital, and it also seems pretty obvious to us who her father is — the man who won’t reveal much but has hinted to losing someone close to him to a cult years ago.
And, that someone would be Neil (Joe Flanigan), the man trying to help Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) break free of that same cult. Now, does Neil realize his wife and child disappeared thanks to Dawn of Day — or does he not know which cult they ended up with?
This can go either way. He doesn’t seem particularly anxious to learn much about Kristina’s specific DOD experience and whom she might have met. But, he could also have agreed to Sonny’s ‘request’ because he thinks it’s a way to finally get his family back, but he’s keeping it on the down low.
We know some fans theorize that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is actually adopted and Nina (Michelle Stafford) is her real mother, solely based on the fact that the pair don’t get along, which on soaps means one day we’ll learn they’re related. Soap Hub thinks that one is a red herring and Harmony and Neil are indeed Willow’s biological parents.

We do know Michael (Chad Duell) is eventually going to bring in Willow to tell Kristina her story. Will Neil be there? Will he be shocked to see Willow — or rather, Callie, as he would have known her? Does Willow feel resentment for him not saving her from Harmony’s plans?
If our theory on Willow’s dad is right, we can’t wait to see how any of this plays out, but we do hope Harmony eventually disappears (with Shiloh), Willow and her (alleged) dad make amends, and Neil and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) grow closer. Yes, this is speculation and our wish list, and we’ll just have to tune in to see if any of it is true or comes true.
