To new General Hospital viewers, Monica is Danny’s grandma, and Tracy is the woman Luke kept dumping.
But, once upon a time, Monica was having a hot affair right under her husband’s nose, lying about her baby’s paternity, and bedding young tennis pros who turned out to be her nephew (by marriage!), while Tracy’s (Jane Elliot) dad faked a heart-attack to test her loyalty and see if she’d get him his pills (she failed).
What that means is that both are capable of much more than planning benefits and recapping other people’s adventures. We asked over 6,000 viewers what they’d like to see for Tracy and Monica (Leslie Charleson) next?

Road Trip! That’s what 42% of you think would bring these grandmas back to their hey-dey (only a little less evil). Maybe they can meet Brad Pitt! Or lock a cop in the trunk of a car! Or kill a guy! Or drive off a cliff! Maybe not….

For traditional soap couples, the only way to escape a cheating/illegitimate child/horrible disease storyline and remain together is the old Catching Criminals option. The duo that sleuths together, stays together, so 35% of fans would like to see Port Charles’ off-beat odd couple give it a shot.
Nope, Neyt, Nien
On the other hand, for 18% of the audience, none of the above (or the below) hold much appeal. They don’t have any alternative suggestions, they just feel certain that neither Thelma and Louise, nor Holmes and Watson is the way to go for this pair.
Man Trap
What’s wrong with a good, old-fashioned love triangle, wonder 6% of you? Monica and Tracy don’t need to be put on the shelf or sent out of town; they deserve what other women get — a hot guy to fight over! Who would you like to see come between these Quartermaine women?
