It’s no secret that General Hospital star Maurice Benard has championed mental health issues and has been outspoken about bipolar disorder, after having been diagnosed with it in his early 20s. Now the actor is taking his mission a step further — and you can help be a part of it.

The handsome actor has created a space where he can delve deeper into his quest to help people dealing with these issues — a website called State of Mind. He’s made T-shirts available for purchase at $25 that you can wear and show your support. You’ll find different styles and colors that can make you a part of spreading the word.
Of course, you can also pre-order the two-time Daytime-Emmy-winning actor’s new autobiography, Nothing General About It, in which he shares stories from his life, both personal and professional, that will be a must-have for any fan.

But that’s not all — Maurice Benard has also added something very special for his social media fans on Instagram. He now offers inspiring Sunday Sessions in which he discusses what is on his mind and how he’s trying to help others.
