On General Hospital, Josh Swickard has all the girls swooning over his adorable portrayal of good guy detective, Harrison Chase, who is currently in the early stages of romance with a sweet school teacher, Willow Tait.
But in real life — the actor has announced that he is off the market because he’s getting married!
It feels like it wasn’t that long ago that Soap Hub wrote about the handsome actor’s engagement to Lorynn York. In fact, it was last December. Now we know a little bit more about when the two will be taking that walk down the aisle.
Swickard was one of over a dozen soap stars who flew to Marco Island in Florida to attend Soapfest, which benefits families who have children with autism.
At the A Night of Stars dinner, Swickard told the crowd that he was getting married soon, which mostly drew applause. Of course, there were some disappointed ladies in the audience.

When Soap Hub interviewed Swickard the next day during the Cruisin’, Boozin’ & Schmoozin’ aboard the Marco Island Princess, he wasn’t giving away much more in the way of details but did admit the nuptials would be taking place during the summer.
