Valentin Cassadine is about to face the music (so to speak) on General Hospital, now that both Nikolas and Ava are back on the scene. In real life, Valentin’s portrayer, James Patrick Stuart, is planning on literally facing the music as the year 2020 progresses!
James Patrick Stuart: Music Man
The fan-favorite actor posted on Instagram that he’s looking at a “New year… New possibilities… New music.” The photo accompanying the post sure looks like an album or CD cover with Stuart’s image and the words “Clean Slate” appearing next to his image.
Stuart is already receiving encouragement from colleagues and fans as he embarks on this endeavor. “Yes, please” posted GH co-star Josh Swickard (Chase).

Additionally, one of Stuart’s followers, nash_dez_88, wrote, “I cannot wait to hear the new music in 2020 your last album that just came out was simply beautiful and all of the songs were so spiritual and uplifting. Not only an amazing actor on GH but you are damn good singer as well.”
“You are truly a lovely person,” Stuart replied. “Thanks for the uplifting note.” Another Stuart supporter, tennisprincess24, posted: “Yay!!! Very excited 4 new music!! Really enjoyed your last album!! Can’t wait!!”
Stuart’s recent music project was titled The Apple Tree, and proceeds from the sale were sent to ALZ.org. It’s a bit early for Stuart to go into details about what his music project will exactly entail, but as information becomes available Soap Hub will deliver the details!
