General Hospital spoilers have revealed that someone in Port Charles will learn she is pregnant this week and it will apparently affect many characters on the canvas — but who will it be? There are a few possibilities that could really set the town on fire if true.
General Hospital Spoilers Spec: Pregnancy Test
While having a baby would be a blessed event for a couple like Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco (Roger Howarth) and has been begged for by the “Friz” contingent online, at this point it wouldn’t impact any other characters, which this announcement is supposed to do. So who could it be?
Willow
Good money should be on Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). The baby would belong to Chase (Josh Swickard) but she’s now married to Michael (Chad Duell), whom she doesn’t love, only to keep Wiley from his biological sociopath of a mom, Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Would Chase confess the ruse? Would Willow even tell him? Or would she say she gave birth “early” and let her husband claim the child?

Molly
This could get very sticky for young Molly (Haley Pullos) if she’s the one who is pregnant — since she’d have two possibilities — but Brando (Johnny Wactor) might be the more likely culprit. The guilt would eat away at her. Would she confess all to true love TJ (Tajh Bellow)? Would Brando keep his silence or would he want to step up for his child? Messy!
Sam
Sam (Kelly Monaco) could be the most fascinating choice of all! If she’s pregnant by Jason (Steve Burton), that would be all the proof her parole officer would need to say she broke the rules and throw her back in prison. No one would want that. So what if she entered her own fake marriage — perhaps with Brando — to cover it up?
Sister Molly might get jealous! Could it drive her totally nuts and make her blab things she shouldn’t be blabbing? We know the Davis gals love to do that! Oh, the possibilities. What will happen? Stay tuned. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
