General Hospital spoilers (GH) for July 24-28 promise a week of danger and suspense as the search for Spencer continues and Sonny is drawn closer and closer to danger.
What The Heck Is Really Going On Here?
Sonny (Maurice Benard) gets that ominous text and comes prepared, but he has no idea that Sam’s in store. She confronts Sonny with a gun–or is that all in her mind?
Meanwhile, Jason (Billy Miller) can sense that something is terribly wrong and will stop at nothing to learn the truth. Is it the truth about Sam or the truth about Spencer?
And maybe the truth about Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) really has to do with Garvey and not Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) at all. He sure seems to be innocent in all this while Nina (Michelle Stafford) pushes for justice.
By the end of the week, Garvey is very pleased with himself. What has he done?

Sick Sam…And Scout?
While all this is going on, Sam’s health (Kelly Monaco) crisis reaches a fever pitch, and Griffin (Matt Cohen) even worries about Scout’s health.
By the end of the week, Julian (William deVry) is devastated as Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) rushes to the hospital. It seems Olivia Jerome’s actions continue to haunt Port Charles.
