At General Hospital, Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) continue their vigil at Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) bedside. The young woman’s fever is still raging and she continues to slip in and out of consciousness.
Finn (Michael Easton) knows that Sasha is suffering from a severe case of influenza but the symptoms don’t coincide with any strain he has ever come across.
Another round of tests leaves Finn stunned when they come back positive for a particularly virulent case of bird flu. Spoilers reveal that just when Nina begins to feel some relief after finally having her daughters illness diagnosed, she will receive a startling text.
