What begins as a textbook case of justifiable homicide gets complicated when a nurse from General Hospital comes forward and gives some damning evidence against Ms. McCall.
Turns out the Port Charles Florence Nightingale overheard Sam make a confession to Jason (Steve Burton) that, when taken at face value, seems to make a case for straight-up murder rather than an act to defend another person in physical jeopardy.

Baby Blues
But Sam isn’t the only female facing dire straits this week. Spoilers reveal that Carly’s (Laura Wright) water breaks and it’s full steam ahead to the delivery room. The mother-to-be is on pins and needles seeing that her scheduled C-section has been thrown out the window and an emergency one is ordered.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) makes it to the O.R. just in the nick of time to help Carly though the delivery but once the baby makes its arrival all the couple can do is wait while their newborn undergoes a round of very serious tests.
