General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Thursday, August 31 promise a day of heart-pounding suspense both in and out of Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
Incoming Wounded
Sam (Kelly Monaco) finally gets Jason (Billy Miller) to the hospital, but of course Sonny (Maurice Benard) can’t happen to make it because he’s back down at the cop shop being questioned by Dante.
This seems to be a weekly occurrence, but when you’re in Sonny’s line of “work,” that’s par for the course. Sonny shot someone in self defense. Rinse. Repeat.
Meanwhile, both Monica (Leslie Charleson) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) are shocked and horrified to learn what happened to Jason as he fights for his life once again.

The New Ava
Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Ava (Maura West) also bond at General Hospital (because this is General Hospital, after all). Griffin has to give a patient serious news, and Ava apparently helps him do it.
We guess this is the new road to Ava’s redemption.
Morocco Madness
