General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Wednesday, November 1 promise an emotional episode as people realize this man with the familiar face really is Jason Morgan (we think).
An Emotional Reunion
Carly (Laura Wright) didn’t want to believe Sonny (Maurice Benard) when he insisted he had a reunion with the “real” Jason at a safe house. After all, she’d have to admit she was wrong on so many counts–including her gut instincts.
Of course, after watching Original Jason (Steve Burton) with Sam (Kelly Monaco), and then seeing how he responded at the police station brought it all home for her.
With Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) gone, the longtime best friends (we assume) have a reunion as Carly also has an emotional breakdown.

Well, He Was Never Jason Anyway
Meanwhile, everyone (including Michael) now can admit the man calling himself Jason for the last two years never really felt like Jason.
Funny how that works now that they think they have the first version (or second version–there was that sweet kid named Jason Q) back.
What Does Sam Think?
Over at the hospital, Sam wakes up and Current Jason (Billy Miller) wants to know what she remembers. However, she may be afraid to tell him what she remembers because it seems so preposterous.
