The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, January 22 features a day of baby confusion and heartbreak in Port Charles — along with some requisite danger.
While Lucas (Ryan Carnes) was busy at the hospital taking care of Lulu (Emme Rylan), Brad (Parry Shen) took the opportunity to bring Wiley by to see Julian (William deVry) at Charlie’s Pub. He thanked Julian for all he’s done for him, but when Lucas showed up, it wasn’t pretty.
He wasn’t happy that his father was with the baby and let Brad know it in no uncertain terms. Coincidentally, Michael (Chad Duell) happened to be with him and Lucas asked him to watch Wiley as he spoke to Brad outside.
Even more coincidentally, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) then showed up and was mesmerized at the site of Michael (Chad Duell) holding the baby she thinks is hers. Eventually, Michael realized that Willow was so affected by seeing Wiley, but it’s so much more complicated than either of them even know.
Over at Kelly’s, there was more drama when Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) approached Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and introduced herself as Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) and Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) mother. She questioned the man about his life and he gave the same story he’s given everyone.
Ever the (fake?) optimist, he said he thanks Sam for saving his life rather than hating her for ruining his father’s.
Over at the catacombs, Carly (Laura Wright) and the police wondered if Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Oscar (Garren Stitt) were really there at all since there was no sign of them.
Sam realized Josslyn must have known the secret way in and Carly, Jason (Steve Burton), Drew (Billy Miller), and Sam all ran off, leaving the police (meaning Chase) confused as to where the parents of these teens disappeared to.
Lo and behold, Joss and Oscar were just where Smart Sam thought they would be and they managed to get both Oscar and Joss to safety. Jason was the one left down there, and as he climbed the ladder, it fell, taking Jason with it.
