The General Hospital recap for Thursday, June 20 features a new arrival at Casa Corinthos and a series of poignant revelations as one woman relived her father’s death and another learned a shocking fact about a close acquaintance.
At the police station, Sonny (Maurice Benard) demanded an explanation from Dev (Ashton Arbab). The young man revealed that he had fled Turkey fearing reprisal for helping Sonny and Dante and unsure that the WSB would really protect him.
Dev also reiterated that he had entered Lulu’s house and stopped the robbery that was already in progress.
Sonny took Lulu (Emme Rylan) aside and revealed who Dev really was and his connection to Dante so Lulu backed up the boy’s story and he was set free into Sonny’s custody.
Sonny, Dev, and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) arrived back home where Sonny stunned Carly (Laura Wright) with the pronouncement that Dev would be staying with them.
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) revealed to Michael (Chad Duell) that she blamed herself for her dad’s death. She told him how she chose to go through with her Trust ceremony rather than meet her father for a reconciliation and she believed her action led him to commit suicide.
At the hospital, Drew (Billy Miller) and Franco (Roger Howarth) ran into each other and had a good long talk. Drew asked if Franco would be interested in really working towards recreating their brotherly bond and Franco happily agreed.
Over at Kim’s (Tamara Braun), Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) tried to bolster her friend’s spirits and Kim revealed that she asked Julian to have a baby with her.
Elizabeth implored her to really question why she was so interested in having another baby during the depths of her grief.
Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) encountered Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Neil (Joe Flanigan). Once the good doctor left she teased Alexis about their encounter, which she claimed seemed much more than doctor/patient.
Some online snooping on Diane’s part produced a death notice for a young named Joanna that Alexis is sure was Neil’s daughter.
