The General Hospital recap for Monday, July 19, 2021, features Spencer Cassadine making his presence known, Cameron Webber and Josslyn Jacks making their status public, “Mike” and Nina Reeves giving Lenny Caulfield a reason to go on, and Anna Devane getting quite the shock.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
While Josslyn (Eden McCoy) ever so gently explained to Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) that she and Cameron (William Lipton) are now a bona fide couple, Trina’s mystery crush – who we know to be Spencer Cassadine – was busy creating upheaval in Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) lives.
After deciding that his workday was completed, Spencer bid his father adieu, headed for the Metro Court’s pool, and ran smack dab into his old pals Josslyn and Cameron.
GH Recap: Money Matters
Nina (Cynthia Watros) was devastated to hear about Lenny’s (Riff Hutton) predicament, but she assured “Mike” (Maurice Benard) that she’d not only get back to Nixon Falls lickety-split, but she’d also be providing for her friends financially. That bit of news didn’t sit so well with Lenny, at first, but “Mike” and Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) managed to talk him around.
General Hospital Recap: Goodbye For Now
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) made arrangements for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) to say goodbye to Louise before she made her exit; neither woman is particularly thrilled to run into Austin Holt (Roger Howarth), but Maxie is greatly relieved when he admits his purpose for remaining in Port Charles is to get to know his father’s family. Maxie wished him good luck and Godspeed.
At Ryan’s Bar in New York, Anna (Finola Hughes) cozied up to Faux Chloe’s actual brother – the helicopter pilot who’d been spotted in the vicinity of GH the day Peter August (Wes Ramsey) supposedly scampered off. Anna learned, much to her chagrin, that Peter didn’t make his escape via the chopper.
