The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, November 6 features soap opera proof of how easy it is to hack an election that a pre-teen can do it.
When Curtis (Donnell Turner) went to vote and do his civic duty, he noticed something very wrong with the voting scanners. As sheets were fed in, they came out with smiley faces all over them.
It seemed every polling location in PC soon had that problem and the police commissioner had to take charge rather than the N.Y. Secretary of State, who administers elections.
Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) immediately informed Ned (Wally Kurth) and Laura (Genie Francis) and they headed to the station.
Since Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) is a kid with a big mouth, he started telling Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) that their grandmother would win because of him. Charlotte could tell something was up, and of course, Curtis overheard their conversation.
Laura, Ned, and Jordan held a press conference, speaking of how sacred our democracy and freedom is and vowing to make the hacker pay.
At the hospital, Anna (Finola Hughes) and Finn (Michael Easton) brought Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) in so they could have Brad (Parry Shen) help fake an illness for her that can bring Liesl (Kathleen Gati) out of hiding.
Brad was thrilled when he saw Britt because he had just been panicking with Julian (William deVry), telling him he needed a little wellness vacation before he loses his mind. Alone, he blurted out to Britt that Wiley is not his.
It also looks like Wiley was slightly SORAS’d because the baby Michael (Chad Duell) was holding was not three months old. Michael did tell Lucas that he’d let his mobster dad be close to Jonah, so he should let Julian in Wiley’s life.
Michael later ran into Willow Tate, who had already had an odd and awkward chat with Chase (Josh Swickard). She seemed only slightly less awkward with Michael.
