The General Hospital recap for Friday, December 7 features Sam trying to figure out who sent her that obit — and going about it in a really pushy way.
Sam (Kelly Monaco) tracked down the other subscriber to that Illinois newspaper to the home where Mike spends his days.
It seems he has a new lady friend there now who he brought flowers to, but then her husband showed up and turned out to be Stella’s ex, Marcus.
When Sam showed up, she didn’t really care that Marcus’s wife could barely remember him or even anything about herself. She was going to question that poor woman about that newspaper no matter what.
After she didn’t get the answers she was looking for, Curtis (Donnell Turner) did point out the woman has Alzheimer’s and was clearly confused. Later, Cult Leader Daisy showed up in scrubs and picked up the newspaper in a way that told us to watch out for this girl.
Daisy had a busy day because she was also at the hospital rubbing the cancer out of Oscar’s head. Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) told Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) these people she met are amazing and it’s all about cleansing and positive thinking.

At least Oscar (Garren Stitt) was really nice to Kim (Tamara Braun) when he asked her to stay with him and said he’d always need her.
Jason (Steve Burton) had a busy day, as well. He met with Alexis, who told him Oscar wants him to be the executor of his will. He also met with Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and told her to leave Drew (Billy Miller) alone.
Of course, she didn’t and when she learned his son has cancer, she decided to give him the infamous flash drive.
Over in Cuba, Liesl (Kathleen Gati) wasn’t about to fall for Anna’s (Finola Hughes) nonsense about Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) dying, but perhaps she will fall for Finn’s (Michael Easton)?
