The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, October 31 has Peter shocked to learn it’s Maxie’s birthday — and he figures out a way to make it exactly what she needed.
Peter And James’ First Halloween
Peter (Wes Ramsey) asked Maxie (Kirsten Storms) to the fundraiser but she didn’t have a sitter. Balloons arrived and Peter realized it was her birthday but she still refused to go out so Peter came back with dinner and cake. They decide to binge The Brady Bunch, which Maxie loves. Who knew?
Will Jason And Sam Be Happy For Halloween?
Jason (Steve Burton) and Jake (Hudson West) were joined by Danny and Sam (Kelly Monaco). The boys’ sugar crashed, leaving the adults on their own. Sam told Jason how grateful she is that he’s here now. They did some deep staring at each other and then Sam stupidly left.
Franco’s Big Idea
Laura (Genie Francis) spent time with Aiden and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), with Liz offering her support to Laura’s campaign. Franco (Roger Howarth) helped with Aiden’s party and then they took him home.
Ryan’s On The Prowl
Laura also confronted Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) about avoiding her. She told him that Felicia (Kristina Wagner) is throwing a fundraiser for her and she was surprised he agreed to go. When she met up with him there later, he was sure it was going to be an unforgettable night.
Jealousy Amuck
Griffin (Matt Cohen) kept Sasha company per Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) request until she arrived at the fundraiser. Ava (Maura West) watched them while Ryan watched her, intrigued after seeing her fight with Kiki earlier.

Ryan was also disappointed to hear Felicia embrace grandmother-hood over adventure, and instead focused on a more interesting Ava.
Has A Plan Come Together?
Earlier, Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Sasha joined Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Charlotte for Halloween. Charlotte and Sasha bonded.
Sasha took off for the fundraiser while Nina stayed to tuck in Charlotte. Alone, Nina was wary of Val and left but she had to come back because of the rain and blamed Val.
