The General Hospital recap for Friday, October 5 features Josslyn’s heart breaking in a way only a teen girl’s heart could break. The boy she loved blocked her on social media.
Granted, that boy also just learned he has a brain tumor and has been spiraling out of control not knowing what to do. He does know he has no desire to spend whatever time he has left in school and who can blame him? (Well, his parents can.)
Poor Josslyn (Eden McCoy) begged Cameron (Will Lipton) to tell her what’s going on and help her get Oscar back, but he wouldn’t budge.
He did, however, go see Oscar (Garren Stitt) and did his best to convince him to tell Josslyn himself. Instead, he changed his ‘My Face’ status to single and blocked the young woman from posting on his page.
Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) put together a LEGO castle all by themselves when Danny went to spend yet another night at Monica’s house. When Jason went to leave, Sam gave him a kiss on the cheek, which then turned into a lot more.
Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Griffin (Matt Cohen) were ready for things to turn into more right at the boxing gym and admitted all they could think about was each other after the night they spent together.
They finally agreed to go on a date to a film festival and make out if the film gets boring. That was Kiki’s idea and Griffin forgot he was ever a priest as soon as she said it. (At least we assume he forgot.)
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) was surprised when Aiden showed up at the hospital claiming he didn’t feel good. She asked how school was and Aiden was evasive. Then, he insisted he’d be sick the next day and it’s clear he’s avoiding school.
Finally, Maxie and Peter agreed to be friends, Peter told her about the time Faison tossed him into the deep end of the pool when he couldn’t swim, and then Maxie got Peter to get in an elevator.
General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
