The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, October 21, 2020, features Ned making the situation worse, Nina getting all kinds of jealous, and Nikolas coming clean.

General Hospital Recap Highlights

After narrowly avoiding getting caught over his affair, Ned (Wally Kurth), Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), and Monica (Leslie Charleson) strategized over how to best heal his and Brook Lynn’s (Briana Lane) fractious relationship.

Monica suggested that he come clean of all his mistakes…his affair with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) included. And Olivia actually agreed with her (she didn’t know about the affair part). But stubborn Ned seemed unconvinced by the women’s arguments.

That is, until Brook Lynn darkened the door, intent on reclaiming her music bag. Since opportunity came knocking, Ned decided to grin and bear it. And swallow his pride. With all that in mind, he attempted to once again make amends with his daughter,

But just when it seemed that father and daughter would reunite, Brook Lynn went and sang Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) praises. Then she admitted to spending the night with him.

A furious Ned insisted that Valentin was just using his baby girl. That he had taken advantage of her yet again. But Brook Lynn was adamant – she WANTED to sleep with the enemy. She LIKED sleeping with the enemy. In fact, she liked it so much the first time, she had gone for round two earlier that morning and then rubbed the fact in Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Chase’s (Josh Swickard) respective faces.

The Ex-lover Doth Pertest Too Much

And Nina had not been pleased. In point of fact, she railed at Valentin for bedding the much younger woman. But she wasn’t jealous. Or bitter. She was perfectly happy with Jax (Ingo Rademacher), thank you very much.

Love – It’s Complicated

Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) did a bad, bad thing. And he felt really bad about that. So he confessed all to Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). Then he admitted to growing fond of Ava (Maura West).

Meanwhile, Ava pondered exactly what she wanted out of life. Nikolas? His millions? Nikolas and his millions? A dead brother? No matter what she chooses, the fact remains that Julian (William de Vry) is still in some very hot water. What’s a confused, besotted girl to do?
