The General Hospital recap for Thursday, February 7 features Elizabeth refusing to believe the ridiculous claim that Franco’s serial-killing ways have returned. As for Franco, he’s not having this AT. ALL.

Franco (Roger Howarth) threatened to sue the city of Port Charles and insists on having a lawyer before he answers any questions at all. It’s a good thing Scotty (Kin Shriner) figured out how to use his smartphone because Elizabeth finally reached him and told him what was going on.

Scotty rushed to the PCPD where Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) and Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) discussed the evidence. Jordan wasn’t so sure hypnosis would be admissible, but Margaux thought the case was pretty good.

As Chase (Josh Swickard) and forensics ransacked Franco’s office, they found those licenses that Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) placed there and Elizabeth freaked. As for Chase, he texted Jordan with the good news.

Ava (Maura West) heard there had been an arrest in the serial killer case and insisted Ryan and Chase tell her who they have.

Ryan finally confessed it’s Franco and she was absolutely stunned. She insisted there was no way Franco would kill Kiki as she grilled Ryan for info.

Ryan had to tell her he thought something was off with Franco and she was absolutely furious at him for keeping this (lying) secret. She stormed off and Ryan was stunned — and so enraged he shoved everything on Kevin’s desk onto the floor.

Soon, Ava ran into Griffin (Matt Cohen) and lamented that she couldn’t believe it’s Franco. Griffin held her for comfort as a disturbed Ryan looked on.

Elsewhere in the hospital, Oscar (Garren Stitt) got some good news. His tumor has stopped growing for now and Terry (Cassandra James) called it a reprieve. He ran off to tell Josslyn (Eden McCoy), while Drew (Billy Miller) and Kim (Tamara Braun) had to hear the reality that this just buys them some more time, but Oscar is still terminal.

As for Joss, well, she channeled her inner Carly (Laura Wright) once again and snarkily told Julian he did the right thing. Julian (William deVry) had pretty much had it with a 15-year-old telling him what to do in life and announced that he and Kim were back together. Whoops!

General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
