The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, September 25 features a mother’s heartbreak as she has to tell her child he’s dying.
Oscar (Garren Stitt) couldn’t believe he has cancer and Kim (Tamara Braun) never told him. But, it was even more shocking when he learned she’d known for two years.
While Kim tried to give him hope by telling him about the new trial treatment, Oscar couldn’t look past his anger at being lied to — as well as his anger at the world with not living the life he dreamed of.
The poor teen finally broke down in the elevator as he raged about his fate. His parents tried to stop him from going but to no avail.
Sick children seemed to be the focus on Tuesday as Carly (Laura Wright), Jason (Steve Burton), and Michael (Chad Duell) discussed Wiley’s heart condition and how coincidental it is that Michael had the same one as a child.

Of course, Carly was also concerned about everything Jason told her about the dead body, its identity, and the identity of said body’s daughter.
Over at Charlie’s Pub where the body was found, Brad (Parry Shen) also fretted about Wiley to his new best friend, Julian (William deVry). His father-in-law warned him to just let Lucas dig into the birth mother’s medical history before he aroused any suspicions.
At another table, Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) shared a meal after a day of shopping and Charlotte wondered if the divorce meant they couldn’t shop anymore. Nina said the divorce didn’t affect their relationship.
Elsewhere, Curtis (Donnell Turner) told Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) if the young woman who took the DNA test is not Nina’s daughter, then he is off the case.
