The General Hospital recap for Monday, December 17 features Jason and Sam growing closer once more, but not really getting too far.
Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Danny (TK Weaver) ran into Jason (Steve Burton) at the hospital and talked all about Santa. Danny was then thrilled when Jason came home with them so his parents could once again dance around romance.
Sam ended up telling Jason about her little obit mystery and then presented him with a stocking that says “Daddy” on it. When she asked him what he wanted for Christmas, he said it was to spend the day with her.
Later, they most likely kissed but we didn’t get to see it onscreen.
Mike (Max Gail) was shocked to learn Yvonne was married, although Sonny swore he knew already. Clearly, he forgot just as Yvonne couldn’t remember Marcus. Carly (Laura Wright) basically told the man to let his wife be happy with Mike cause that’s what’s important.
Franco (Roger Howarth) tried to be a good almost stepdad and attempted to deliver Cam’s brownies to the school bake sale, which wasn’t exactly a thing that was happening.

When he brought them to the hospital to ask Joss (Eden McCoy) about Cam (Will Lipton) and drama club, she was confused but took a few brownies for Oscar (Garren Stitt) and he even ate some.
After questioning Cam, Franco found he left his phone with messages about him calling off his marijuana deal and he realized he had to tell Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) what was going on.
Elizabeth was still reeling from learning Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) was the one bullying Aiden (Jason David).
The little girl delivered a half-sincere apology she insisted Aiden accept. Then, Laura (Genie Francis) and Lulu (Emme Rylan) took her for ice cream where she announced just because she won’t bully Aiden doesn’t mean others won’t.
After some cuddle time with his mom, Aiden was on his laptop and got a message that he’s a loser, causing our hearts to break.
