The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, April 21, 2021, features Carly steamrolling over Jason, Cameron and Josslyn making up, and Nina enjoying Sonny’s company a bit too much.

General Hospital Recap Highlight

A seriously frustrated Carly (Laura Wright) warned Jason (Steve Burton) that she was taking charge of their little “Get Cyrus” endeavor and that he’d better play ball. Soon after their tense visit, Jason became reacquainted with his new cellmate – Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore), the former Corinthos employee that was left to rot in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. Wonder whose side he’s on…

Over at GH, Peter (Wes Ramsey) taunted Anna (Finola Hughes) with promises of the antidote to the poison ingested by Chase (Josh Swickard) – which he then promptly destroyed. Then he warned that he’d let Chase die if Anna didn’t convince Maxie (Kirsten Storms) to take him back.

Off that contentious confrontation, Anna tracked Finn (Michael Easton) down and informed him that she knew exactly what was wrong with his son!

Timing Is Everything

Michael (Chad Duell) wasn’t exactly thrilled to see Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Chase exchanging pleasantries at the hospital – and he came close to telling Chase that he and Willow were an official item.

But instead, he shared that he and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) had called it quits. Later, he and Willow discussed what the future holds, and how much longer they should wait before dissuading Chase of the notion that he and Willow would reunite.

The Kids Are All Right

Cameron (William Lipton) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) had yet another argument over Jason, and they once again ended their friendship.

A visiting Jax (Ingo Rademacher) preached compassion to his daughter, while Scott (Kin Shriner) warned Cameron not to push his loved ones away. And by the night’s end, the teenagers had reestablished their bond, and all was well.

A Good Old Fashioned Hoedown

Though she attended the Firehall’s annual dance with Elijah (Dan White), Nina (Cynthia Watros) allowed most of her time to be co-opted by “Mike” (Maurice Benard). This didn’t sit well with Elijah, and he was equally displeased to learn that “Mike” had made inquiries into his past.

Compounding everyone’s troubles was the arrival of Jax, who’d flown up to Nixon Falls in a last-ditch effort to reach Nina. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
