The General Hospital recap (GH) for Tuesday, July 17 features Nina at the end of her rope knowing that she has to do something.
Anywhere But Here
Nina (Michelle Stafford) blew up at Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and claimed it was just work stress, but Maxie knew something else had to be up with her friend and sister-in-law. Maxie tried to see if Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) knew anything.
Meanwhile, Valentin had just come from panicking about West Nile Virus even after Finn (Michael Easton) told him the CDC would have alerted him if it was in the area. Valentin still insisted on having his blood drawn.
Over on Spoon Island, Peter (Wes Ramsey) tried telling Liesl (Kathleen Gati) how much trouble she’d be in if she kept him any longer but she didn’t seem to care. When Nina arrived, she told Peter she had a plan to get them both out of his mess her aunt caused.
Back in Port Charles, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) convinced Franco (Roger Howarth) to go to the police with what he knows about Liesl, after Finn had already been there. Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) decided they had enough to question the woman.
Baseball And Fate
Things got a little awkward for Jason (Steve Burton) when Jake (Hudson West) invited Franco to a baseball game with them. When Franco declined, he invited Drew (Billy Miller), so more awkwardness for a game that got rained out.
Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) apparently also likes baseball as she was there and made an impression on Drew when she accidentally squirted mustard all over him.
Later, Jake and Jason had a talk about fate and Jason just assumed the boy was talking about Sam. Of course, he claimed he wasn’t at all.
