The General Hospital recap (GH) for Wednesday, May 23 features Port Charles reacting to learning who Peter August really is.
Who Peter Really Is
Maxie (Kirsten Storms) went on and on about how wonderful Peter (Wes Ramsey) was to Nina (Michelle Stafford), who was horrified hearing how this man delivered her nephew. She didn’t have the heart to tell her Peter is also Henrik Faison.
As for Henrik himself, he managed to get himself to the hospital claiming he was injured when Jason clocked him over the head. Before that, he explained he saved Jason’s life by keeping him in that clinic, but at the hospital he had to tell Maxie why he was in cuffs.
Needless to say, she was as horrified as Nina when she realized Faison was looking for him the night Nathan was killed and she was in the wrong place at the wrong time–and it resulted in Nathan’s death.
Valentin’s Biggest Mistake
Over at Wyndemere, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) had a whole lot of explaining to do to both Nina and Anna.
Poor Anna (Finola Hughes)was furious to learn he did indeed make sure her baby was delivered to Faison.

Valentin claimed it was one of the biggest mistakes of his life, but Nina and Anna were just not buying his sob story. He did seem genuinely sorry when he was alone, but he’s probably in the doghouse for a long time.
Take A Journalism Class
Lulu (Emme Rylan) is also in the doghouse with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), who has just given up on his wife’s reporter skills after she was snowed by Peter. Maybe she can go commiserate with Valentin.
Kiki And Ava Share Men
Over at the Metro Court, Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Kiki (Hayley Erin) got drunk in his room and ended up in bed together. As if nobody saw that one coming a mile away.
