The General Hospital recap (GH) for Thursday, July 5th features a day of emotional confessions in Port Charles.
Franco’s Story… And Kiki’s
Franco (Roger Howarth) and Scott (Kin Shriner) met so Franco could get information on Bensch’s case.
When he learned Bensch (James DePaiva) had a photo of Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Griffin (Matt Cohen) hugging from April, he told Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who then told Kiki.
Kiki chose to keep mum on what happened a few weeks later, but Griffin let her know he’s having second thoughts about that.
When Scott felt guilty about breaking attorney-client privilege, Franco lost his temper and called Bensch a sexual predator. This led him to confessing everything that happened with Jim Harvey, and the father and son shared some bonding moments.
A Sad Surprise For Sonny
Sonny (Maurice Benard) also shared some bonding moments with Milo. After spending time with Mike, Milo confessed that his mother died of Alzheimer’s two years ago, and Diane and Epiphany were his two biggest supports.

Sonny was shocked to hear all this and wondered why Milo never came to him. However, he was later more worried for himself when he realized that Mike (Max Gail) and his friend Charlie buried that body in Charlie’s Pub.
Julian “Has” The Body
And guess what? Julian (William deVry) plans to renovate the pub and expand. God help him when Sonny learns about this.
It’s Over
Drew (Billy Miller) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) had some emotional moments when he informed her their divorce is final. However, they agreed it was time to move on with their lives and Sam seems proud of herself as an independent woman.
It’s Not Going To Start
After Sam left, Oscar (Garren Stitt) stopped by, and Drew made it clear that Kim is with Julian, and they won’t be together. Kim (Tamara Braun) had already made this clear to Oscar, but not as forcefully as Drew.
